• All orders placed through our Website are subject to acceptance by The Pizza Box. We reserve the right to reject any order at our sole discretion for any reason, including but not limited to errors in product availability, payment issues, or suspected fraud.
• Orders are processed only after we receive full payment. If payment is declined or there are issues with your credit card or payment method, the order may be cancelled or delayed. 

3. Product Descriptions and Availability

• The Pizza Box makes every effort to provide accurate product descriptions and images. However, we do not warrant that any descriptions, pricing, or product images are complete, accurate, or error-free. Images are for illustration purposes only.
• We reserve the right to modify the products, pricing, and availability of items without notice. Prices may change based on factors such as market conditions, supplier costs, or special promotions.

•  Allergies. We cannot guarantee that any of our foods are free from nuts or nut derivatives. We cannot guarantee that our food will be free from any other ingredients that may causes allergies or allergic reactions. We cook all dishes from scratch therefore a large number of ingredients are present in our kitchen. 

• Delivery Times. We aim to deliver your order to the address provided in 30-45 minutes (as with all restaurants during busy times, it can take a while longer). For the fastest delivery times please try to place an advanced order. In some circumstances we might be able to notify you prior to ordering if we predict that we will be unable to deliver within the normal times, however on occasions it can be difficult. If circumstances out of our direct control cause the delivery to be delayed we will not accept any liability
• Catchment Area: If you are from outside our stated catchment area then in most cases we will be unable to deliver to you or deliver to you within the normal 45 minutes. If you are not within our catchment area which is normally between 3 to 4 miles radius, we may cancel your order on these bases. If in doubt please call us to place your order and we will be able to give you an estimated delivery time and other information.

4. Delivery Terms

• Delivery times provided are estimates and may vary based on location, order volume, and other factors. We do not guarantee delivery within a specific time frame.
• The Seller is not responsible for delays caused by third-party delivery services, weather conditions, or other factors beyond our control.
• You must provide accurate delivery information. The Seller is not responsible for any delays or issues arising from incorrect or incomplete address information.

5. Payment Terms

• All prices on the Website are listed in GBP and must be paid in full at the time of order placement.
• Payment must be made via approved payment methods (e.g., credit card, debit card, or other online payment methods). You confirm that you are the authorised holder of the payment method used and that you will pay for any orders made.

6. Refund and Cancellation Policy

• We aim to provide a high-quality service, but due to the nature of food products, we do not accept cancellations or refunds after an order has been confirmed and processed.
• If a mistake occurs with your order or if there are any issues with the product, please contact us within an hour of receiving your order. We will review the issue and offer solutions at our discretion.
• In cases of fraud or unauthorised payment activity, we reserve the right to cancel orders without refund. We will not accept any liability in such circumstances of loss. 

• Cancellation. Once your order has been placed, we set about cooking straight away. That means should you wish to cancel your order, please call and ask one of the staff if your order has not been processed. Please call us (rather than email) when requesting a cancellation. As per the Distance Selling Regulation (Regulation 13) your order is perishable and a cooling off period for cancellation unfortunately does not apply.

• All content on the Website, including but not limited to logos, text, graphics, images, videos, and software, is owned by The Pizza Box and protected by intellectual property laws.

Our liability is limited to the total amount paid for the specific order in question. In no event will The Pizza Box be liable for any losses beyond the purchase price of the products purchased.

•  We do not warrant that this website is free of viruses or bugs or that this website is compatible with all computer systems and browsers. All prices are inclusive of VAT. All orders will incur a £1 service charge when placed online. No cash alternative, we do not accept cheques, if you are short of cash please place your order online. Stuffed crust and any additional toppings will be charged extra. All buy one get one free deals exclude margherita. Minimum order for delivery is £12.
